a private pond
i go to this private pond sometimes and it is so awesome. u can take a plastic bait of pretty much any kind and just throw it out there and let it set there( well super slowly pull it in) and a fish will pick it up. it is so awesome, the fish are pretty much all under 3 pounds but who really cares when ur catchin them so easilly. just thaught i would share that with yall.

Try taking some fish out. There will be less fish, but bigger ones.

or if ya put some blue gills in they eat the eggs out of the basses nests leaving less bass to survive letting them grow a little bit larger .

i think its best not to start meddling with such ecosystem, putting bluegill in there may not hurt but you dont know i suggest talking to the owner of this pond first and then talking to the DNR before stocking a pond with no experience.
