it ever acure to ya that, you may know the right people in the right bussiness??
thar i was just a waiting on an order at a "unnamed" brick manufacturing plant.i had just happened to be wearing my company work jacket..as the order came to the dock. the owner asked if i was still wanting them 6 "specials".. "yes sir indeed i do".. so i got 6 very special bricks fresh from the oven still toasty warm.. i may need to find a dimond saw and smooth the tops but they will work.. i have used regular bricks afore but they broke after a couple firings.. broken bricks do not work for what i need... pictures to follow.. zooker

i rolled out the frozen pizza dough-cheating a tad-put on some ragu tomatoe sauce..-home style- a good thick layer of shredded cheeses and add the pepperonie..
i put corn meal on the hot brick which helps in removal.. grill temp at 300 for 25-30 mintues.. zooker

Actually on the next one can you put on some bbq sauce, grilled chicken and some red onions please? With a couple of handfuls of cheese. I'll bring the Bell's Oberon.

Now here is how you make a pizza...
What I like to call the "Italian Ham and Cheese" Chunk Prosciutto (not sliced!!) Fresh Spinach (not the sloppy canned stuff!) Minced Garlic Parmagiano Reggiano Mozzarella Chevre Cheese (from Goat's Milk) Your favorite pizza sauce (on top so it will caramelize!) Not that I don't like Pepperoni....I actually think it is one of the 5 food groups...you just need a change once in a while.
