More about grills.
Since we were on the subject of grills and I didn't want to hijack Keith's post, here we go.
What's up with the new infared grills? how they work, and has anyone tried one? We are still deciding whether to fix up our old grill or just buy a new one, and since I do most of the grilling (yes, I really do.) I'd like to know more about this. Thanks, BB

The theory is that infrared technology uses radient heat which is supposed to sear the meat and lock in the juices. I'm not sure I buy into that yet. It seems like when I've tried to "sear" in the juices, the meat came out more dry and tough.
