June 26th Double Report
My crew tonight was all fly or (code) as it is referred to in the upper crust fly circles. Ascots are not needed or required in those upper crust circles. LOL.. We hit a couple miles of shoreline and only had one hit the whole time. It was nice to have my Mako 2201 out as it has a nice high platform to cast from. But the fish just did not respond.
Capt Mike First Largemouth ever caught report.. And that was the highlight. This crew didn't stop casting from start to finish and just no love at all aside that first largemouth. Glad it was a hog. Golden hour didn't even give up it's treasure. Capt Dave

That's why we call it "fishin'" ... and not "catchin'".

On my birthday!!! I haven't fly fished in 25 years. There are time I think I should try it again, but then I look at all my tackle and think, I already have enough stuff! lol
