Fishing log in you siggy!!
As y'all have have probably seen, I'm keep track of how many fish I've racked up this year! Id be cool if everyone did this too, I see several people have done this all ready, and good for y'all!!
Just thought it would be cool to see how many fish everyone catches this year! Bassboss,

I've tried to do this last year. When I'm out alone, pretty easy and I keep a nice log of what I caught, where at and what bait. However if I'm in a tournament, don't keep track. I've also had a couple of days where I've lost track.... catching 10+ fish in a day is hard unless you have a counter (for me anyway).

For y'all that think it would be hard to keep track (and i don't blame you) of the fish you catch, try keeping a small note book on the boat, or even some spiral bound index cards for you pocket. And you don't have to worry about a pen/penile all that much, you can use lead bullet weights.

If the fish are biting fast and furious, as they always are when I am out, then I dont have the time to grap a pencil every time I land doubles. But maybe after I'm a millionare I can employ one of you guys to sit and watch and take count.

The only ones where I try to remember the count are those that I consider photo worthy.

I'm not as concerned about keeping track of how many fish I catch, I'm more concerned with how well I'm catching them. And believe you me, when I catch a big'un everyone is gonna know about it.

I agree with woody, its not really that big of a deal how many fish you catch. Its enjoyment, its the art of fishing and the process of doing what it takes to get better thats fun. Catching tons of fish gets old after a while if there is no difficlulty to it.
