Congrats to the US Women's team!
Congrats to the US Women's team securing the win against Brazil in the World Cup Quarterfinal today. Not sure how many of you watched it, but I honestly did not think we would end up coming back to tie it up. On to the semi-finals against France!

I didn't watch but have seen the replays numerous times. Abby Wambach is from my area so it's a pretty big deal around here. Not to take anything away from Abby, who did a great job on that header, but I think the player who made that perfect kick to Abby isn't getting enough credit. If her kick was one foot higher or lower or left or right, the team is probably watching the rest of the tournament on TV.
