Are you talking about the ones that look like two senkos molded together perpendicular to each other?
If so, I believe they're made for wacky rigging. I'd use an Owner Wacky Rig Hook, or Gamakatsu Octopus hook, and wacky rig it right through the middle where they connect. BB

Thanks BigBassin I thought maybe that was the way to rig them but had no ideal what hook or how to fish.

I wonder how it would act if you weightless T-rigged 1 of the 4 ends? kinda like the Kicker Fish Texas Weedless Wacky Worms????

I believe the Zappu inchi wacky hook was the original hook for that bait.
