New Rod
any good suggestions about a good casting rod for around $40-$60??

i used to fish with an abu garcia tournament pro for a while.. it wasnt that expensive if i remember correctly.. its a good rod to, ........ until it gets snapped in half by your tail gate.....

For that price the clarus (shimano) is a fair rod. They go for about $59.99

i'd say a 6' to 7' ugly stick. Casts nice and very durable. Will last a long time. Easily find one for 45$
