Can I suggest a slight change in tx prizes?
Guys, seeing some of the posts I had another idea. Kevin is donating a number of things for 1st and 2nd place, so instead of adding the Lucky Craft Pointer to the prizes for whoever comes in first how about awarding it for big bass?
I'll go along with whatever the consensus is.

Speaking of big bass jackpot, how is it that a 14 year old that catches a 6 pounder is not jumping for joy and telling the details of the catch...even in the south that size is bragged on

I take you don't like the idea,Denny. That's why I threw it out-just to see what the majority think. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other. I just figured since there is usually a big bass prize in a regular tournament, it would be a great prize for big bass in this tourmanent.

This isn't changing the rules, but rather the prize awarded. It was said before the tourney took place that big bass would merit a prize, so it makes sense to me. Any procedural rule changes that arent vitally nessesary though, I would caution against.

Nope, nevermind. Denny is right-we set the rules before we started the tournament and should stick to that.

Haven't made it out yet. I like the big bass prize. Two days I had to go out I ended up working OT. Today hopefully, going to do the 4-dark thing. Hope everyones doing good, or at least having fun trying.
