I'm sorry, I can't say from first hand experience, but it comes from a company with a solid background in the fishing industry (they've been around for years), and it looks nice, and the price is great....I'd say give it a try. But if you're just getting into baitcasters, you may want to step up in price and go for something with centrifical brakes instead of magnetic??
Just a thought.... Good Luck |

I own three Pinnacles. I bought mine because it was the only decent priced baitcaster I could find in left hand retrieve. I didn't want to spend a bunch a money on a baitcaster to find out that I didn't like them. With that being said I like mine. There not the same quality as a Shimano, Abu, or Daiwa but they are better than the cheap shakespeare baitcasters you find at Wal-Mart. I have found my new favorite baitcaster the Abu Revo. Can't beat the S model for $100.00.
