How many members are on here, and how much does the average boat cost? The only place i have to use one around here is the delaware river I think.

members? ALOT!! boat cost? now ya gone an opened a can of worms...........KIDDING OF COURSE. truly it depends on how much YOU are willing to spend and on what type of rig you are looking for, tin, glass, length and so forth. look at mr. photographers thread in the boat forum. he is fixing up an older boat. looking great too. there is so many boats out there right now and with the economy as it is now. you can get a really nice rig for not a lot of money. just don't buy the first one you see. have it checked out THROUGHLY. test run it too. make sure it suits your needs and you are comfy in it. you'll find the right one and at the price you want. any questions about a certain brand or make, we have folks here that can help you there as well.quite a few "big time boaters" here. so go look at some, write down info. come back and ask questions. we'll get you in the right rig pal.

theres my build thread.. its been cluttered kinda lately with talk [past couple of hours..] but i've been restoring a 68 glastron.. was my grandpas.. and now shes mine.. well not officially..but you know what i mean its relatively easy.. not really costly if you do it the cheep way and got connections.. i really have been thinking about doing some kind of marine mehcanic work in the future.. i love workin on this boat

Hey guys, i didnt win the lotto yet i dont think. Lets see 4500 members times a nice round number like $15000, about 67000000. That may not work. .
Thanks for all the great advice. I cashed in my fun fund (5 gallon water bottle that i put my change in every night) so i may feed the monkey tonight at my local shop. |

The bait monkey likes it, too. He'll want to add to the list, though. You must resist his influence.
But, in the end, resistance is futile. Oh, well... |

ssissippiboy is right foyt. your officially fodder for the monkey, watch out for the others, you are dealing with 2 right now, bait monkey and BOAT monkey. they have a cousin..... RV GORRILA. i was hit by all of them, got a pontoon (for sale), travel trailer (for sale) and a bass boat. selling the other 2 so's we can get a bigger travel trailer. so watch out ok? when it hits you....you are in for life pal.
