Need Humminbird ID Sixty
Just bought an "new" boat that has a Humminbird ID Sixty mounted on the dash. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Need either:
A replacement ID Sixty unit (transducer appears OK), Location that can repair current unit (Humminbird doesn't support anymore), or A suggestion to replace the ID Sixty with a new unit that will fill the hole in the dash (not likely since the new units are not round like the ID Sixty). |

HEY I SPY A FLASHER!!!!....
lol... thats the humming bird super 60 flasher-never seen one with a tracker logo btw-it was one of the best flashers/depth finders hummingbird ever made. sadly they stopped making them.. as for finding parts forget it they just don't exist anymore. my advise is your better off finding a vintage tracker nut to sell it too. and buying a new depth finder they are cheaper than $100 zooker

You're probably right Zooker but I'm gonna keep looking for a while. Who knows, somebody may have one out there somewhere. The smart move would be to fill the dash hole with a cover plate and put a new depth finder to the right of the windscreen. But I've never been accused of being smart.
Thanks for the reply. |

Looked for one for years. Saw one on the Ebay site a few years ago and it sold for close to $100 bucks.
The cover that you mentioned would be the best idea. Units that they have these days have a smaller dash mounting hole than those which were made several years ago. I have a cover that I can cut a hole into if I ever want to replace mine.
