April 10th Report
With ice on the deck we headed to the mighty fishing grounds in search of crappie. Water temps have dropped 10 degrees since last weekend so I knew it was going to be tough fishing. But not this tough.. We picked at them here and there but could not establish a pattern. Nice green trout was landed also.
The ones we did catch where large. Capt Mike

I got out last tues and did pretty well on a drag shot rig. Only caught one keeper bass but caught a bunch in the 13-15" range. Did pick up one slab pumpkinseed too. Crosstail in GP and Nemesis Goby in dark cinnamon purple did the damage. Winds blew the water out which put them on the drops and wood. Easy pickins.....
