Elite Series field set for 2014

There are some very interesting "rookies" in next years group. There are 112 guys fishing next year, the largest since 1996.

Several of those "rookies" have been at it for quite awhile, just on different trails. Should make for an interesting season.

Yep, with FLW cutting their year down to 6 events, a lot of those guys are fishing the Opens and trying to join the Elites. There were 5 or 6 guys fishing both circuits last year and even more this year. It should make for a great season, the competition level is just that much higher.

If Jason Christie's season was any kind of preview of what we can expect, then the rest of the Elite guys better look out!

I was thinking the same thing! Some of the guys coming over are really good sticks!
