Default I'M BAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK...........i think,lol

hey gang. hope everyone is doing good around here. missed being around. like the title said, i think i am back now. lol. dunno if i am gonna be able to get backon or not. still figuring this wireless thang out ya know. but just wanted to say hi and we have the foundations poured on the house and the block is gonna be done by friday. lisa and i are living in our "new" camper.lmao. more on that later though. we should start framing the house monday. and yes we are taking pictures as we go, so you'll just have to wait a bit to see em ok? gotta see if we can load them here and all.
we have verizon phones now. no land line. may get one after the house is built if we don't like this wireless puter set up.

so be patient and take care gang.

That is great to hear, Jon.

You know, it is amazing how your accent comes through, even in black and white text!

we got the wireless thing worked out. i am on it now. can't watch too many videos though eats up my time. but we are gonna see how this goes for a while. lisa has to use my laptop too now. so i am gonna be splitting time if you know what i mean, lol. but we are liking it so far.
the block work will be finished tomorrow. lumber will arrive monday. and the framers will start as soon as it gets here. chris said it should be framed in weeks. hope so. we are taking pics as it goes, just still having to move things from the old house to here and i am working too, so time ain't something i have a lot of ya know. but as soon as we get settled in and can get the pics downloaded, we'll post em up for all of you.
i am gonna try to get on more often, but i am still gonna be busy with the new house.

oh yea, gonna go fishing this weekend i hope. wish me luck. been what.........6 weeks or so. hope i remember how to cast still. lmao.

You keep cracking the whip on Chris now!! Even get Lisa out there to ride his scraggly hide! Fernando and his brothers will do a great job for you. They are very meticulous.

yea 3d, shaking so bad i can't tie a knot anymore, lmao. but i am going either tonight or tomorrow.
thanks bob, lisa and i are riding chris like a wild bronco, hahahaha. he is already tired of us i think.
the foundation is finished, lumber will be here monday. hopefully fernando and his 4 brothers will be here too. haha, chris is gonna use cedar beams for the exposed beam ceiling, he was talking about how big and massive they are. hope he can lift em up for the brothers, lmao. i think they are something like 4 by 12 by around 20something long.
the house is gonna look like a lodge type with a 4/12 pitch roof in the great room. should look awesum. had to forgo the fireplace riht now, too much money (18,000.00). cause we want a REAL clay flume fireplace, not an insert.we'll add it later though. gonna look great anyway. we will try to post pics soon.

bama you can get a fireplace alot cheaper than that, I did one last spring for 4500, if you want single story brick and seven foot across most places will charge ya three to five grand, I've been building them for over thirty years.
