Here is a trick I learned a long time ago and still do it sometimes: Save your egg cartons. I usually use 3 to be on the safe side. As you take the reel apart, put the parts-in the order you remove them-in the spaces that hold the eggs. you can get as intricate as you like-one part per space or several parts depending how many egg cartons you want to use. When putting it back together just remove them from the egg carton in the opposite order you put them in. Saves losing a small piece as well as knowing if you have made an error by having too many or not enough parts.
