oh yeah un-cover the grill and lets fire it up..
oh yeah filet minon.i have ribs on tap for this weekend.. lookie 300 degree cool side, nice and slow half time flip age.-need a bib yet??-the rub is sticking well.. 135* medium well done..hot diggity nice and tender after the 45 mintue cook time.. oh yes. we had all the fixin's with a tall cold one as chaser.. zooker
