Well, I guess everyone is wondering what happened to my report. My Computer had a massive heart attack and almost died. I was able to salvage it.
The fishing has been tough this week for me and my clients. The cold fronts are causing the water temps to go up and down. There are a few fish on the beds but they are very skittish. The deep fish are hard to catch. I hope the full moon will get the fish back up and getting to the baby making stuff. This will be another long spawn because of the cold temps.
Spinner baits over grass has been the bait of choice on the cloudy days and Lake Fork Tackle Zig Zag fished weightless has been a good bait over the slim grass along with the ring fry. The wacky worm has been unproductive this week. The Wave Shadick fished weightless has been good. Slow pulls with not much movement has been the ticket with this bait.
This will be short this week because it is late but hope to be back next week on time.
You can always count on me and my report to be on time unless something like a computer problem slows me down.
