This has ben on the local news for like an eternity now it seems. The "prof" was turned down for tenure, so she and her husband decided they were gonna take it out on her co-workers. so she took out 3 fellow profs and a staff member was seriously injured. Too a large calibur handgun and went to blasting away. I am against tenure for these reasons alone. It makes a teacher lazy in most cases when they reache and attain tenure. Why strive to teach better when you have tenure? So what if the students fail? you got tenure, so you are safe right? Juust my opion ok? Not saying ALL teachers feel this way, i have a sister-in-law and an ex sister-in-law who are teachers. One is so dedicated to her job it ain't funny, even after 25 years. The other? Only looks out for herself (vice principal now as well) and is the most obnoxious woman i have ever known. Yes she is the EX sis in law. But she also was a year behind me way bac in school, one of the teachers pets if you will. And now she only helps the kids that are in the clique. Nothing has changed since her "higher learning". Still the same ol BIOTCH. Sorry, like i said earlier..NOT ALL TEACHERS ARE LIKE THIS. Just some.
