The only bad comment about the boat I can make is that the fiberglass isnt finished well in compartments and or inside the boat where not seen.Run your hand inside to run wiring you find that out quickly.
They do put together whats considered an admirable pkg,but have heard stories about after the sale problems and not being addressed the same as stated. Find one at a launch ramp and talk to the owner, consider what he says about them(most likly will like it as still works) and compare it to other brands. Ive seen a few nice older ones most if not treated dearly show it within a year or two, just doesnt quite hold up as well if you ask me. So in effect what im saying is the pkg is or looks better than it actually is. That is however my own opinion. If you decide on one make sure it comes with what you ordered and dont accept that the correct things will come along shortly. You will still be waiting for those correct trailer tire rims after the warranty runs out, possibly. Ask yourself this they made them for quite a few years look for an old one. Yet stratos, ranger allison, champion boats back in the eighties in good shape arnt uncommon. And yes nitro goes back almost as far Someone prove me wrong show me a 1985 -1990 nitro please.. All that said and Z9 owners love them,so maybe change is in the air. Hope this gave you an idea what to look for. Last edited by lilmule; 02-04-10 at 07:37 PM. |
