Default Cool Tip: Spooling a reel

Here's a simple idea that comes from a recent Bass Master magazine tip that cut's to Kevin's 'complaint' about notches in line spools and standing up to line manufacturers...

Blank CD's and DVD's often come packaged on spools and when empty, can serve as a decreeling tool for spooling up a reel. You can optionally use a rubber (hose) washer under the spool for just a bit of tension...
