Help registering Jon boat
Hi every one I'm new here and I was wondering how to go about registering my 12 foot Jon boat so I can mount my trolling motor on it. I live in Richmond va. The boat has numbers on it from a past owner but I've never registered a boat before and I have no paper for the boat as it was given to me.can I reregister it under those number the sticker on it said 99 was the year it exp. but again I don't know what I'm doin here lol. Thanks for the help in advance.
