My buddy's dog is hyper. She is all over his boat and constantly underfoot. Once she even launched herself off into the water trying to chase down a loon. She is one I wouldn't want in my boat, but I don't have any say in it when it's his boat. Now that we have our own place, I only fish with him a couple times a year and it's early morning, so the dog stays home and it's not an issue. I know other dogs who are constantly barking at everything from the boat, and ours aren't like that either.
