grillin it up...
last night i put some brats in a baking dish. broke out a 40 ouncer of coors light-why waste a decent beer huh?- emptied it over them.. let them soak till 4 am then flipped them over and went and fished the tourny.
5 pm i took them out and fired up the grill.. cooked up some peppers and onions. grilled them till they were burstin.. had dinner -whoo wee am i full- chased them down with a way decent beer -rolling rock- eat your heart out lol... zooker

zook, after a day of catching short fish I'd drink some beer to, but Rolling Rock--ARE YOU KIDDING--but your dinner looked great.

Being German the only thing wrong with that pick is ya chased the brats with a beer you could see through , if ya love food like that you should see the stuff cooked at my family picnic right down to a good home brewed dark beer btw the brats looked tasty

Thats a great meal Zook. I make that meal a few times every year too. Next time you might want to try adding garlic to the beer mixture too. It's really goosdI make a few puncture holes in the brats to soak up the flavors more easily.

the darker brats were garlic the lighter ones were cheese.. both were GOOD ...

like fishbear said...now what was the reason we weren't invited? hahaha. had grilled pork chops that night mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. baked tater, garlic bread,bbq beans...and for desert.....homemade icecream, YEA!! with chololate chips in there too. mmmmmm. filled up past the gills and plum up to me eyeballs.
