Personally I prefer the pics stay here on the site as opposed to going to another site to post and share pics. This is a BF.com contest after all.
Absolutly NOTHING against mule! Oh and for those who always want to know more..........'who day talking about' http://assets.espn.go.com/winnercomm...l_20100107.pdf I'm not a numbers guy but I'm not so sure the Smallmouth guys really have a percentage advantage. Seems where 5lbs and bigger are common, big bass is big. 5lber on Wheeler is like a .50 % fish On Hollow even less WOW some nice Smallies! ....right? . Same guy holds record in Kentucky and Tenn. Isn't there reciprocal laws there but still distinct differences from State to State?

Thinking about Jrob and Joedogs views on whether or not to lump Smallmouth in with the LM I'm not sure what we ought to decide. Based on last years SM activity (practically nill) it might be ok just to make it a LM deal. Even coldbasser fishes for and has access to LM, many many of us would have to travel a long way just to see one. I don't know>? Input............

Hey IB The Iowa record is only 10-12, a 5 or 6 lb fish could easily make you the proud new owner of a one of a kind world class custom rod made just for you! Go get um
I'd love it if my state record wasn't 16+ ps if you've got any questions at all about this Jrob is the tournament director/treasurer and 1/4 Stick is his trusted assistant

Sammy, as of right now the contest start date is 3-1. Joedog has cleared this date and I'm not sure who else the closed season will effect. If anyone else has issue, please let me know and we will figure something out.

Kapow cracked the whip! Let's get some PMs out to sleeper members. If we have enough, I will do an economical 2nd place.

Another thing we should consider is the rod. I know we've talked about it some but do we want to do a 100% custom, built to the winner's specs? or a pre-made custom rod to be presented to the winner at the end of the contest? If we go 100% custom, the winner can expect a 2-6 month wait to get their prize. We will also have to use one entry fee for shipping the rod out to the winner. Again, makes no difference to me, just thinking out loud.
