Cocoa Beach Air Show '09
This was the first annual for the Cocoa Beach Air Show, held right on the beach.
This is what I have so far after sorting through over 500 pictures. At the airport before the show helping fill the smoke tank Cap 231 of Matt Chapman Geico Skytypers in their AT-6's C-117 Demonstration Jason Newburg in the Pitts He performed the best Torque Rolls I have ever seen, along with some awesome harriers. Matt Chapman in the Cap 231 Low Pass before coming into the Rolling Harrier Pulling up, bleeding air speed Rollin' Last pass before exiting the box 920th Rescue Wing Demonstration F-86 Sabre in Skyblazers Scheme Super Decathlon F-18 Demonstration Dirty Pass High Alpha Pass High-Speed Pass Ed Hamill in the Air Force Reserve Pitts High Alpha Knife Edge Pass |

Great pics, Christopher! I especially love the Sabre! Though obviously not as fast and powerful as modern combat aircraft, that thing just screams "dogfight!" like nothing else.

Looks like fun. We just had the Miramar Airshow this weekend. I try to avoid it like the plague.
