I will give you $20.00 plus shipping for all of them. I need them for my home practice area. I have an old timer here I buy from but he is out right now. There is another guy on Craigslist here but I would rather give a Bass Fishing Brother the business.

I am not too happy with this deal. Your title says "Titleist PROv1 Golf Balls ". You sent me a box of range balls, Wal Mart, Lawn mower balls etc. I said I would buy your ProV's. Did I miss something here? I was expecting 74 ProV's. I knew they were not new but man this is range junk....
To me this is like telling someone on here I was selling them a bunch of Senkos and I send them a bag of toy worms from the grocery store. It’s not even about the money either with me. Last edited by Vegasspider; 02-08-11 at 07:41 PM. |

At the original post, you said you would take both of the lots I had for sale on eBay... Lot 1 had 24 ProV1 golf balls, and lot 2 had 50 AA condition balls which were mixed. You sent me a PM saying you would buy both lots, and that is what you recieved. There was never talk of 74 proV1 balls. Nothing to miss here. If you still are confused about something here shoot me a PM.

Please post pictures of each and every ball. I know for a fact that the balls I shipped to you were not junk, and very good playable balls. Used, yes, but perfectly playable. I am sorry you were expecting flawless balls.
Definition of AA quality balls from usedgolfballdeals.com •Balls are in good condition •Some balls may have a slight cosmetic abrasion or discoloration that will not alter the flight path, distance or trajectory of the ball •May include team or corporate logos and/or larger player pen markings •May include imprints of 'X-Outs' or 'Practice' on the balls Im sorry you feel this way, but we PMed and you got what you were described, and you got what you bought. Well we differ then
I guess your idea of playable and mine are different. I beg to differ from yourself imposed rating system.
I wanted the balls for my new putting and driving net in the yard at my Florida house. But why would someone want to practice with something that is not up to par. (Excuse the pun) I will let the dogs play with them. I would never take one of these on the course! Look at the picture and see how many of these balls are yellowed or dirty? More than 60% are either yellowed or dirty. Logos and ink is not an issue for me. How do you grade the golf balls? Do you just look at them? If you are going by looks you have a lot to learn. Flight is 100% affected by age and when the dimples are full of dirt and grass like some of these are, how did or could you grade them? X out balls are flawed. That’s why they are X’d out! (But you did say there were X’d out ones in there but I am making a point that they are not as good or worthless to most people) How can you grade them when they are water logged? Waterlogged balls only fly about 20-30% of the original specifications, if that. It’s like hitting an orange. The ones that are yellowed or the finish knocked off them are useless. A few of them are driving range balls. Look it up, driving range balls are limited flight! And you are not supposed to take them off the range. They don’t belong to just anyone that feels like taking one with them. No worries just won’t be buying anything else. I have a feeling that’s why they did not sell on eBay. Look at some of the full time sellers of used balls on there. They have some very detailed ratings that I am sure some are educated guesses but the others are real pros that know the difference. Besides, I am fishing most of the B.A.S.S. tour this year so no time anyhow. |

Ok im trying to stay out of a fight here, thats the last thing I want...
In your PM you said that Kevin probably wont want us ranting about in the classified section, thats why I took this convo to PM. Now your telling me not to PM you? OK. Dude, I sold you the balls you bought. 24 ProV1's, and a mixed lot of 50. The balls are playable. Ill admit, in the pictures, I see a total of 2 balls that have dirt on them. My bad. I hand cleaned every ball, these must of slipped in. You seriously think I would try to save myself two balls and get all this trouble from you? Well now that Vegas wants to keep this conversation open to the forum and off of PM's, will someone else chime in? Give your opinion on the balls. I do not feel obligated to pay you back when I sold you what I said I was selling you. There was no scamming or cheating going on here. You bought used balls, theyre not brand new. TB |

Remind me to never sell you anything. Were you planning on getting golf balls to play in the PGA with? Dude, you paid $2 per ball plus some shipping for the used ones. The description says exactly what they are...used balls with some marked or discolored. Apparently you missed the fact (how, I have no clue) that the first lot were Titleist and the rest were a hodge podge. So first you whine about that, then ***** about the condition of some inexpensive used balls after you were corrected about what was actually for sale...
I don't know what to tell you, my friend. Except that the PayPal dispute is only used as a last resort, not right away before you really try to come to a solution with the person you have a disagreement with. Normally I'd say buyer beware, but it looks like this time it should be seller beware.

Don’t give a nickel of what you guys think. I have bought 100’s of used golf balls over the years and know the difference between used and trash. Not all but most of what I got in this last batch was trash. If you guys knew anything about golf other than the balls are round and most are white I would listen to your argument. My problem is with the ProV’s, (half of them are unusable) limited flight range/practice, waterlogged balls. Logos and mark ups ink etc does not bother me. It’s the trash and FYI they are worth $0. If anything I am helping him out to learn the difference. Too many times just because someone copies of the internet what someone else is doing makes them an expert. NOT so in the case. I could give a rip about the money; it’s the thought of selling throwaway trash for used.
I DON’T REPRESENT SOMETHING TO BE ONE THING AND DEILVER ANOTHER. Now if you will go mind your own business, I will take of my transaction the way I see fit. I have bought plenty of items off of this board and never had a problem, so again mind your own business and we will all be better off. |

Sorry, those balls are pretty much trash. I don't know what you paid for them, but they aren't worth $0.25 each.... I pass up golf balls that look better then that if I find them....

I understand that a lot of the misc. balls are junk... But if it's not about the money, why not go out and spend $40 on a dozen ProV's? And if you need practice balls, Wal-Mart sells recycled balls which are extremely cheap and you can look at them before buying. Kinda seems extreme that you're jumpin all over this dude when you had several other options. Just sayin
