zooker's killer deviled eggs
oh man do i love me some deviled eggs...since my long history of dealin with mexicans.. i have been toying with my own way of making them..
boy howdy have i found it... 12 hard boiled eggs peeled 1/2 cup of mayo 4 tbs of minced jalapeno peppers-i prefure the pickled slices for this 2 tbs of yellow mustad-i used frenchs 1/2 tsp of ground cumin 1/4 tsp of salt-go 1/8 tsp if using sea salt some chilli powder.. cut eggs in half lenthways.. remove the yolks.. in a small bowl mash the egg yolks. then stir in the mayo,peppers,mustad,cumin,and salt..blend this well.. put the mixture back in to the egg halfs. use a spoon and over fill sprinkle some chili powder over the finished eggs... eat well mmmmmm pull my finger... zooker

Ohhhhhhh.....this sounds good....i'm printin this off now and makin a small batch just for myself since it sounds too hot for the ladies of the house.
I'm sure glad you guys are postin some recipes occasionally....We'll all have a bunch of new "Good eats" if we keep sharin like this...thats great. |

I'd given some thought to that.....making a book wouldn't be that hard to do with these new online publishing outfits that'll print one book or a zillion at reasonable prices....Or the recipe thread would work too....either way....Count me in...i'm good for a recipe or three.
