Re: wacky worm fishing
well, my best luck on em has come in clear to semi-clear water.
I use em around boat docks(tossed up under em), and on a drop shot rig. They are good on heavily preassured lakes, after cold fronts, and anytime the fish want a slower, more subtle presentation. U can use a trick worm, floating worm, senko, or anykind of finnesse worm. My favorite is either the Fish Formula 4" Drop Shot Worm, Or The Fish Formula 6" Finnesse Worm. If you fish it around the docks as i do, then rig it weightless, toss iit under the dock or beside the dock, and let it sink slowly. The worm does all the work. Maybe the others on here can help a little more, cause this is one technique i am not best at. Charles |

Re: wacky worm fishing
I fish them the same places I use a T-rig or a soft plastic jerkbait. Â*I just cast it out and let it sit. Â*Move it a little and let it sit. Â*I just recently started wacky rigging Tiki Sticks-been using Trick Worms almowst exclusively-and have been catching a few. Â*
Here is how to rig it: Although I use a 1/0 TruTurn hook for a trick worm ands a 2/0 to 3/0 offset shank worm hook for a Tiki Stick, but next time out I am going to try a weedless hook-the kind with a wire weedguard-and see how that works. |

Re: wacky worm fishing
I like the pics rebbasser they help, and since senkos are my number one bait I think I can handle the different style of fishing . Thank you all for the info.
Hope it pays off. |
