Re: Whos ready for some nascar racin
I like watching racing on tv but there is nothing like being at the race itself. I've been to talladega a few times and its a blast. Go Matt Kenseth #17

I'm with Kenseth #17. Although I do have to go for the hometown hero, Sterling Marlin.

One forum I used to go to had a post with over 12,000 replies.
Yikes... now if anyone doesn't have the patience for baseball, they probably don't have the patience for nascar... I do like some offroad races though. |

Â* Â* Â* Â* Â* Â*I prefer to do my own racing , drag racing that is. With my own car , also nothing beats being out cruising and get into a street race. Nothing to this day has given me a rush like that . I find it hard to watch other guy's race . Â*I did alot of draggin when I was younger , I wish I had the money and talent to race a stock car.....

Re: Whos ready for some nascar racin
Sorry..Like racing but from my line of work street racing is nothing but a bunch of reckless, stupid adrenaline junkies who have no concern for themselves or the public they endanger everytime they go out. They should impound the cars and get them all off the street. Better yet take them to the trauma center and let them see what it looks like to have a tube sticking out of someones mouth and a foley catheter and chest tube full of blood. Usually this sight is the innocent person who got hit by one of these idiots while coming home from the grocery store. Or the family coming home from the movies. The streets are for driving responsibly, go to a track and race......that way the only person crippled or killed is the one racing. > By the way go Little E!

Re: Whos ready for some nascar racin
well, well this year I'll say JR will be extra hungry after last year when he got the horn laid to him for saying "****". But I'm over that one! I also like Bobby Lebonte he's got to have one last good season left in him! and on the, low low I like Kasey Kahne, he's a good kid and has the stuff to go far in NASCAR.
[move] [glow=red,2,300]GO JR YOU LITTLE F*$KER DON'T STOP TILL THE WHEELS MELT![/glow] [/move] Robby. |

Creek you're right go #24. I've been to Datona just once and it was unbelievable. My brother and I went there for vacation. Left the wives at home. Altogether we took over 300 pictures. Since I live really close to Sears Point (Infinion) Race way, I go every year.

Creek,
He's not old! Mark Martin is old, Dale Jarrett is old, Rusty Wallace is old. There is no urgency, he still has a couple of championships in him! Kybasser |

Re: Whos ready for some nascar racin
flfireman, easy now! I did not want a spankin'. If i could rewrite my post i would have been a little clearer on the fact that i did all that when i was younger-alot younger.Plus I did not pull it off in traffic, the cars i was driving are way to fast for any road with a crown to it. I was racing for money in the middle off nowhere on a dead end street, where the guy's with money went. I understand your point of veiw and if i caught one of my kid's pulling that sh*t,I would ring there neck.

Re: Whos ready for some nascar racin
ZOOKER , I'm glad my father could'nt tell a big block with a wild solid cam to a small block with a dead miss. The car i street raced back in the day looked like grandma's car.He once told me to replace my rear tires cause they looked bald,he was looking at cheater slicks. It took alot not to crack a smile.
flippin4it P.S. He would have killed me,he being a career military man. He did'nt put up with alot of my sh*t. |

Go Kenseth ;D
I'm leaving for Daytona today to see the 500 tomorrow. I live in Florida and it is neat to see the season opening race in Daytona and the ending racing in Homestead. Hopefully this year I'll be getting a big screen TV to watch the others 8) |
