red and white

Red and white is a color seldom used by bass fisherman today, including myself. Interestingly many early fishing lures were painted red and white. This combination caught a lot of bass as many oldtimers can readily attest. Research has proven this combination puts many speices of fish including bass in an attack mode. I do however productively fish a lot of red and white 1 1/2" crappie tubes. Maybe it would be worth a try next time I can't catch any bass. Few products are sold in red and white.
