from WalMart.
10PM last night-noticed the cranking battery needed charging. Put it on the charger and let it charge overnight. 5AM-discovered the cranking battery was not holding a charge. Needed to get a new one. 6AM-pulled into a 24-hour Walmart, disconnected the cranking battery, loaded it in to a shopping cart and took it into the store. 6:15AM-on our way to the lake with a new cranking battery. Cost? Zero. Free replacement warranty. Still hit the water before daylight. Sure beats losing a day fishing due to a bad battery. |
