Shotgun season starts here in early November. Bow season starts in October. Hopefully I will be able to down another with my bow this year. I just hope this season aint as bad as the last seasn was. I shot just 1 deer last year compared to an average 4.

my dad usually gets 6 a year to. But last year he got 3 or 4. Ticked me off last season, we were runnin dogs and he gave me a choice of the high stand or the low stand. I got the low side and 10 minutes later the dogs run 2 deer past my dad and he gets both of them. 2 does. It made me mad cause the same thing hapend to me in the drive before that. I had a choice and I got the last stand and the stand right next to me shot a spike and a doe. then on the second to last day of hunting season I got in a tree stand and heard a buck grunt but never got a shot. The next day someone else got the same stand and shot an 8 point. I would have got the stand but I had stuff to do on the last day of the season
