Re: spook
Its a great lure. Jb got me into them I caught 3 bass the other night on them. But be Patient......learning to walk the dog takes time and a little consentration.but yes it does produce ;D. Once it hits the water let it site intill the waves and or rings in the water disappear, then
start walking that baby.I use the 2 jerks_pause 2 jerks pause method. It seems to work. Good luck 2u Denny |

Re: spook
If you don't get any results "walking the dog" try to "skitter" it fast on the top, that can produce some explosive strikes at times.
I had some spots absolutely explode on a spook at Table Rock Lake this Spring doing that with a spook. |

Re: spook
spooks are awsome when the topwater bite is oni dont use them much for abass but redfish and spec trout eat em
i use them for bass in low light conditions when the top of the water is clean and there is cover under neath larger bass kill them when u walk inna slow stop in go motion the faster u go the smaller the fish seem to get in my exsperience not to say a lil fish wont hit it slow but if its goin fast a big fish is lot less likly to go after it and dont for get them stops lots of times a bass will follow it then when it stops hell slam ittwitchin it over the top of cover works often too |
