Lake Copiah - Crystal Springs Mississippi?
Recently a friend told me I should go fish Lake Copiah in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. Sadly, I cant seem to find any information regarding this lake on google or anywhere else with the exception of some businesses with addresses near the lake. I have also contacted Mississippi Wildlife and fisheries but because it is not a state managed lake, they could only give me vague information over the phone. Please, can someone help me to get some information on this lake (i.e boat launches etc.). I did find one picture of someone posting a fish out of this lake and here is the URL.

Re: Lake Copiah - Crystal Springs Mississippi?
I recently moved to Mississippi, but unfortunately I am also unable to locate anything on Lake Copiah (I believe the locals actually call it crystal springs lake, I think)
We do however have lots of lakes that are worth your wild to fish, if your ever in the neighborhood, here are just a few that deserve a good mention: Ross Barnett Reservior, Lake Sardis, Horn Lake, Eagle Lake & Lake Charlie Capps. Of the above i prefer Ross Barnett Reservior mainly because I live 2 blocks from it, theres not a whole lot of them big lunkers we love to catch, but the average is around 2 lbs, anyways they are fun to catch |
