well yesterday was 4/20, and about 8 kids got busted for being in possesion of marijauna at my school. i think this whole 4/20 thing is abunch of crap. wasnt it that in the 60's there was somekind of huge burning of marijauna? and know everybody thats a pothead has to smoke it on that day. thats stupid. im just glad that im not gunna ruin my or anybody elses life due to any thing like that.

My favorite quote from the past year of school...
"Are you trying to make a bong?" Of course, I didn't inhale anything...really... |

Re: 4/20
Â* Â* Frank Buck wrote about the Foo Bird in his memiors about his safari into the Australian bush. He tells of taking his safari into the back country where very few white men had ever been, in order to catch some of Austrailias wild creatures for his circus displays.
Â* Â* They made camp one evening under an old dead tree in which some very large birds were nesting. In the morning about sunrise, as the camp was stirirng, they disturbed the wild birds out of the trees. As the birds flew off, they excreted thier droppings which fell into the camp. One large gob of the excretement fell on the shoulder of a fellow hunter named Jacob Wennig. Upon smelling the foul odor, Joseph looked around the camp for an old rag to wipe his arm. At that time, a native bushman tracker stopped him and would not let Joseph wipe the excretement off his arm. The bushman took the rag and wrapped the arm to cover the bird dropping. He warned Jacob not to wipe it off. Â* Â* During the day, the arm got to itching and burning to where Jacob could not stand it. When they made camp that night, Jacob went off into the bush and found a small pond, where he unwrapped his arm and washed the excretement from his body. At that time he felt this searing pain, and when he looked at the spot, the skin and muscle tissue was falling off, exposing the bare bone. Jacob ran back into camp screaming, whereupon he found the old bushman and asked him what he could do about the open wound and the extreme pain. The bushman explained "Nothing you can do, if the Foo sh!ts, wear it !" Â*;D |
