MY FIRST BASS!!!!! funny story

ok i was like 7 right...and we were camping in maine on this big pond.....it was getting dark and my 16 year old cousin needed to go get this rag so if we cought a catfish he could release it. he handed me the rod. he said that me, "buddy, i'll be back in 30 sec.". than he left. right when he was out of site the fish hit!!!!! i didnt know what to do. i started to reel in but it was taking the drag out. i saw my cousin come over the hill and i yelled HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! he came running and would not talk the rod out of my hands. he ran me through what to do and i got it in. it was a nice 3 pounder and my first bass EVER! ;D Â*we toke some pictures but i dont have any way to get them on there. sry. i think this was my best fishing experience ever!!!!!

ok, let me get this straight, your he/she cousin and you were fishin for catfish on a pond, and the he/she went to get a rag, and you caught a bass that was 3lbs and peelin off drag. so then, your he/she cousin came to help you and he/she couldnt TALK the rod and reel out of your hands, did he/she try to grab it out? then he/she told you how to reel it in and you took pictures and you cant get them. im just kiddin with ya man, i know what your sayin, i just had to make a funny ;D ;D ;D ;D
