Hug/Call your Mom before too late...

Fellas, I'm pretty new on here, so I'm pretty sure no one would notice I was gone for a week. But my Mom passed away on May 1st and I just wanted to remind y'all to call your Mom or stop by and say hi if you still have her... You won't regret it if you do.... But you'll remember it if you don't. Anway, sorry to be morbid.

Sorry for your loss. My mom had Alzheimers. It was hard telling her I loved her and getting no response. I'm sure she is going to watch you catch all those hogs. My prayers are with you.

Brushhog,

I am very sorry for your loss. My mom passed Jan of 2001. She had lung cancer from smoking. There is only one way to describe it. It SUCKS! Mom and I were very close and this week is tough with Mothers day coming up. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

By the way a bit of humor. My 4 year old never knew his Granny and he wanted to know why she died and why she got cancer. I tell him that she got cancer because she smoked. Now he goes up to people and if they are smoking he gets on to them and tells they will die! If the loss of my Mom means that her Grandson never smokes, she would say that it was worth it!

my mom died christmas day in 1997.....having taken care of her up until the time she passed is my solice.....no regrets....but being a mom i say your absolutely right brushog....a nice hug never forgets.....i'm sorry for your loss.....

mine died new years day 1997, after we had taken care of her for 5 years, we were moving her into an assisted living care center, moved all her furniture in the apt and came back to get her, and she passes away at age 79...my dad died in 1963.

I too am saddened by your loss. My mother passed away from a heart attack
on Dec.24, 1993 she was 63. My father was killed in a car accident in 1975.
He was 49, man in 2 years I will be that old! Time is short and dear my friends.
