i need to know what to use to catch bass

i went fishing yesterday and i was using jerkbaits, rattletraps, senko, pork and jig, and minnow lure but i did get a strike so what could i do to catch fish or what else could i use i need help

You are throwing the right baits it sounds like to me. There is a section here called "articles", I would suggest you read those. They are fairly informative. There are also a ton of websites that discuss fish locations, tactics, and techniques. Contrary to popular belief and "fishing show production", bass fishing is not as easy as it seems. cmon man you live in PA. the water there is still in low 40's if that. Didnt you guys get a snow storm last week? the end of may things will start picking up.

i talked to 2 people that went out and caught nothin yesterday. i went out and also caught nothin yesterday and i threw everything in my tackle bag. somedays the fish dont bite. :-/
