Default Favorite Music

Always wanted to know what fisherman listen to.........

I like Classic Rock like many people, but also into newer rock bands. Favorite Genres include Rock, Jazz, Blues, and Rap. My favorite artist include:
Dream Theatre, Rush, Pantera, Allman Brothers Band, Jimi Hendrix, Moe, Primus, John Scofield, Joe Pass, T Bone Walker, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Reddman, and Lil' Wayne. I'm not a big fan of country or R&B. I do like Bluegrass here and there (Yonder Mountain String band).

What kind of music u guys be listenin' 2.......?

Indie Rock, Classic Rock, Rap[just when I'm in the car and wanna let the system rip], Ska, and Old school Metal.

Such bands/artists include: Mayday Parade, Metallica, Jaco Pastorius, Les Claypool[of Primus], Van Halen, Billy Sqiuer, Reel Big Fish, Sublime, Bob Marley, and lots lots more. I cant think so well right now I just got home from practice so I'm exhausted and dont have my mind right. But pretty much anything Ska, Indie, or Classic Rock.

I'm 57 and don't identify much with today's music. I've been playing in country /classic rock bands for the last 30 years, so that's pretty much what I listen to. I like classical, blues, some jazz and fusion as well.

When I'm fishing I listen to the outdoors, I don't want any stinking music messing it up.

Who is this Hank the Third individual?? Is he any relation to the other 2? If so I've heard his music is ALMOST satanic/sadistic... Which would really piss me off if he was related to the others. I've been known to dabble into some country, such as Hank Jr., and other deep south country artists. I dont much care for none of the 'cry me a river' type country, but a good ole southern redneck type country song has always got me goin. I dont usually listen to music while fishing either, unless out on the Gulf.

I have tried listening to music out on the water, but i find myself twitching my worm to the beat of the music, or something along those lines anyways lol. I now just stick to mother nature.

I don't think his music is satanic. He reminds me of Hanks Sr., and yes they are related.

OH! How can I forget the Red Hot Chili Peppers!!!??? Man, they are deffinitely one of my favorite bands. I think when it comes to music, I will never be able to explain completely. Too many bands I like, and too many genres I listen too.

Punk, bluegrass, and heavy metal. I can go straight from Hatebreed to Ricky Skaggs to the Dead Kennedys without thinking about it. I have never fished with music on, but I plan to add a radio to the boat in the winter for any time the big motor is on.
