Default Pfluger reel

I have a pretty nice newer Pfluger spinning reel that when I was out fishing the other day was droped into the water along with my new Gloomis rod. and as you might have figured that made me fairly angry so I grab another rod and some way I manage to snag my line and reel in my rod! but the down side is my pfluger dosent seem to reel worth crap now and makes a odd grinding type noise ive had it all apart and lubed and I see no rust anyone have an idea on returning it back to its origional smoothness?

you've got dirt in it someplace.send it to bps rod and reel repair and let them service it.

Make sure the “BAIL” didn’t get bent when you dropped it. If it is slightly bent, it will rub and make a slight grinding noise. If so, it is easy to fix. C. Man
