Default Tackle bag for a non boater

I'm starting my bass tourney career this spring and I want to condense my gear into one bag for tourneys since I will be a co-angler. That way it isn't all spread out and in the way.
I am thinking about the Falcon FTO v12 Speed Bag http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/descpage-FTOV12.htmlto carry everything I will need for tourneys.
Do you guys think this is to big? To small? Also is there any unusual items that I should pick up that I would wish I had once the tournament starts? Ex. Culling system or something?
Thanks

no it's not too big, in fact a lot of my co-anglers bring one that size and a smaller one for softplastics and in my boat just like most bigger boats there is enough room. a culling system isn't something you really have to have but at times they are nice. a livewell addative like rejuvinade would be something great to keep, just incase your boater runs out or just doesn't have any.
