Hula Popper ????????
I HAVE BEEN USEING A HULA POPPER FOR ABOUT TWO SUMMERS NOW. I NORMALY WAIT TILL ITS MID SUMMER TO LATE SUMMER WHEN THE WATER IS PRETTY WARM AND TOP WATERS ARE WORKING WELL. BUT I HAVE NERE GOTTEN A BITE .
