Default Plans whitewashed

Well....last weekend I made plans to finally get out and get a line wet this weekend. After all it is Easter weekend. Surely it would be better weather this weekend. The water started thawing and opening up mid week this week and so I had my hopes up. But of course, it froze overnight the past two nights, a skim of ice is back on the water, and here I sit typing watching it snow once again. Oh, did I mention my house got TP'd last night!? grrrrrr damn teens. Oh well, got that off my chest. Feeling better now. Thanks for letting me unload on y'all. Gonna grab my mug of joe and head down to watch bass'in on the boob tube. Have a great weekend everyone.

Sorry to hear you got TP'd, Keith! I've never had it happen to me, but when it mixes with 'wet', such as snow or rain, it's a mess to clean up. Hope you get to get out sometime. I should be out not this upcoming week, but the week after - the 31st to the 4th is our Spring Break, so I should hopefully be able to get out then. Last I checked, the ice was around 6" in some areas, 4" in other places. This was last weekend though...

You have all of my sympathy. I'm getting tired of buying baits and watching other people use them on T.V. At least our homes aren't floating down the river like those in Missouri. My house isn't TP'd but I'm babysitting my son's St.Bernard all week. Have a good Easter and
when the waters open good fishing!

Better keep an eye on that ham dinner tomorrow Buckeye, lol. I hear St. Bernards can swallow a ham whole, lol. You have a happy Easter too.

Hang in there, Keith-it'll warm up for good soon-just ask algore.

I'll trade you the TP for my drunk-destroyed mailbox.
