Default Pouring your own rubber lures...

Do any of you guys know anything about this? Is it possible to re-melt rubber lures back into the liquid to shape them into something else...just to practice / mess around with? If so, how hot does it need to get up to, and how would you go about getting it that hot? Oven...microwave? Thanks for any suggestions
