update on bassfishin.com member
talked to mr. don today. he visited bassnman30 who is still in the hospital going thru rehab after major brain operation.. don said that chris can talk but can only fourmulate one word every mintue or so. and he at times seems not to know who you are or where he is.. he has some useage of his moter skills but at this time no control...
don also made a statement that" i seriously dout chris will ever get back to the way he was before this operation. he'll likely never have enough moter control to fish again" this is sad because bassnman30-chris- was as good an angler as you could find in this area.. with alot of knowlage that far surpassed my own with a crankbait.. i amit i am finding it hard to type more about my friend chris.. zooker

I'm so very sorry to hear about Chris. Stories like this one emphasize just how important it is to be thankfull for what we have and to never take for granted or blessings as they can all be taken away in a flash. My prayers go out to Chris and his family. And to you as well Zooker. It's hard to see a friend suffer.

Absolutely, may he make a full recovery God-willing and be himself again before he knows it.

Zook,
I will pray for Chris' recovery to be speedy and that he can be fit enough to fish again... I will also send a prayer for his family, you and all his buddies, to give you peace during this trying time...
