Default Got us again..

..got us again..

i bought 6 new wally-world spinnerbaits.. a new M-H casting rod and the numbers for the side of the boat..Anthony got a bag of lizards, two crankbaits, two spinnerbaits and some 12lb suffix mono

i'll put them the stickers on tomorrow sometime.. i just found out i've gotta work tomorrow but it'll make up for the money i spent today and help pay for the seat pedistals and whatnot to finish up the boat.

oh and my grandpa gave me 3 sets of hinges for the deck so i can go ahead and finish that up he had 4 but i did one door already.. so i'll just leave those holes in it

i also changed the hinge placement and top-hinged and it works better..

i may get some seafoam after work tomorrow and try and run the motor some to get the carb cleaned out and may get on the water sometime next week after school. i wont be home saturday and sunday the boat is getting a full carb clean so i probally wont be able to do anything then

oh and that M-H totallyyyy beats anthonys M spinning rod.. its so much better and dosent flex as much.. also the suffix braid be bought not too long ago works great.. i got my baitcaster back casting again.. it hadnt been casted since i cleaned it so it was real loud and hard to spin.. i got it working good now and she works good.. but the suffix braid, when its wet , puts out a green florrescent looking dye crap..

i think there just as good as any other spinner bait..

they have lead heads.. ..blades, wire and a skirt..

and produce.. so i'd say there just as good as the 3-6 buck baits..

I had to use the Chuck Norris techniques yesterday. I came through Baton Rogue and stopped at BPS. I had a St Croiux (M) spinning rod in my hands. I have been looking for 1for drop shotting and shakey heading. I had a benny and his half brother tucked in my wallet. But I fought and left empty handed somehow. If the oilfield wasn't so bad though, I might have left with a Kistler or E21.

12# Sufix is a good choice. I really like Sufix. You'll be happy with it.

I buy cheap spinnerbaits, and then spend a couple dollars and buy a package of ball bearing swivels and change them out. They spinn a bunch better and you can slow roll them a lot easier and they start spinning faster too. Absolutly nothing wrong with being cheap but you can be smart also!

Oh, How glad I am that I do not have a BPS anywhere near me!

Damn the bait monkey!

That looks like a Shakespeare Excursion rod. I have 3 or 4, dont use them much. For $12 they are working rods.

Yes! I like them very much! Great hook! The only thing I don't like is that the weir is easily bent, and they only come in 1/4 oz. Oh well they are the only spinnerbaits I've caught bass on this year!?
