The Richmond show was the Richmond Fishing Expo run by South East Productions.

I agree the internet has affected the shows. I go to see the new baits, see the custom lure makers, and to purchase my baits for the year because most stores don't carry the stuff I use. I also sell equipment so I've seen the changes over the years.

One thing I've noticed is that there aren't as many big deals that existed years ago. Sometimes you can find some nice deals but it isn't like what you used to find. Some prices are even higher than what I can find at the retail stores. Some companies even expect you to mark up lure prices at the shows. I had one company want me to sell their jigs at the show for $1 more than what they were selling them for online.

Left hand retrieve is way to go!

Kevin, Great Idea!

I also must say, that was very informative and likewise very easy to listen too.

I got the weasel last weekend, didn't get to fish it though, looks great! Super soft body, sharp hooks, and good action!

btw that was great1 I hope to listen to more in the future! I to be honest, I had no clue that Max ex. had more than one page! I saw all the baits, the spro 4" shad looks great, got to see all the colors with VERY DETAILED imagery!

Once this forum get out! It's gonna be boomin', even more so than now!

I think that maybe we need to start another thread about this!!! I'm a hand changer and I have my reasons for it.

Kevin, are these going to be availible as a podcast on Itunes? I dont know if you thought of that, but it would be cool to have them automatically download and jump onto my Ipod

I cant wait to give it a listen this weekend.
