Awesome!

What's even better is they are starting her out with a taste of the true heritage of angling....LYING.

That musky was 10-12 lbs, max. The only way to make a 30" Musky weigh 20 lbs is to shove a cinder block down its throat.

Maybe it was a big boned muskey.

Seriously, they say the dnr state record there is 54 lbs and 56 inches. So it might be possible. However that fish in the picture didn't look anywhere near 20lbs. Much closer to the 10-12lbs like you said. Still a cool story to tell about a 2 year old catching a 10lb fish on a barbie reel though.

That is a great story, but no way that fished weighed 20lbs... My first musky (a 42 incher) weighed about 25lbs.
