yet another bbq thread
i am in the process of doing tenn-e-see pile driver chops.this is most of what i use.-except brown sugar-
 i would say how much of what but most is measured in cups.. waiting on plastic wrap and fridge time..  i did get a spoon ful taste when done stirin. -holy dam!-what a kick. no smoking near this stuff. i'll be removing the pork steak from the marinate friday afternoon..and yes this is a TEASE....lol... zooker
